A- CONTRACT PRICE

1- Contract taxes and all services included in the price in the brochure given to the consumer are included. Tours and other services other than these are subject to an extra fee.

2- All personal and extra expenses made in tours and hotels are reflected on the consumer.

3- All services included in the contract are specified separately.

B- PAYMENT PLAN

1- On the date of the reservation, the entire reservation price or a part of the total amount is paid as a prepayment.

* For reservations up to 10.000₺, 30% is taken as prepayment.

* For reservations over 10.000₺, 25% is taken as prepayment.

2- If the reservation is prepaid, the remaining amount is paid at the hotel entrance.

3- In cash (single shot) payments made by credit card, price difference, maturity difference, interest etc. not applicable.

4- Bank commission and maturity difference can be applied for installment payments made by credit card.

5- The consumer pays the service fee to the corporate bank accounts of the company.

C- GENERAL PROVISIONS

1- The terms of the contract are valid after the consumer makes the reservation and the payment confirmation, and is valid until he leaves the hotel.

2- There is no cancellation/refund for reservations.

3- The date change is made according to the hotel availability for the dates 14 days or more before the hotel entrance. The date change is done once.

4- If the reservation is postponed to special days in the change of date, the price difference that may occur will be reflected to the consumer.

5- Date changes are not made for reservations made for the specified special days. * New year * Religious holidays * National festivals * Public Holidays

6- Check-in: 14.00pm

7- Check-out: 12.00am
