We have free pick up service from all Hotels in Cappadocia towns including Nevsehir,Urgup,Goreme,Uchisar,Cavusin,Avanos,Mustafapasa,Ortahisar and other nearby towns but NOT from Kayseri, Kayseri is not in Cappadocia and 90 kms far from Cappadocia.

• Our balloon flights are for 60 minutes on air and normally you return your hotel by 08:00 AM latest, so you can schedule your day after 09:00 AM.

• Prices are listed in the related page of the operator, when you click the operator page you will see prices, so you dont need to inquire for price for next month, prices are published in our website and is valid and bookable instantly. Children under age 5,pregnant women are not allowed for the flight,

5. Flight Permit in Cappadocia Starts with Civil Aviation Permit According to the Compliance of Meteorological Conditions
6. Your credit card will not be processed because it will not be guaranteed that the balloon will be able to fly before the flight day.
7. In case of failure to perform the flight due to weather and (or) security, all fees will be refunded.
8. No penalty for any cancellations received by us until 48 hours before the flight in writing and (or) inform us by phone. Cancellations and (or) non-attendance after this period shall be subject to a full fee within the scope of last minute cancellation.
